| CD132（又称共同γ链，γc）是I型细胞因子受体超家族成员，由IL2RG基因编码。它是IL-2、IL-4、IL-7、IL-9、IL-15和IL-21等多种白细胞介素受体复合物的共用信号亚基，在T细胞和NK细胞的发育与功能维持中至关重要。该基因突变是导致X连锁严重联合免疫缺陷病（SCID） 的主要原因。 | |
