| IL12RB1（白细胞介素-12受体β1亚基）是I型跨膜蛋白，作为IL-12和IL-23受体复合物的共用信号亚基，主要表达于T细胞和NK细胞表面。它顺利获得结合IL-12或IL-23，激活JAK-STAT通路，在Th1免疫应答和抵抗分枝杆菌、沙门氏菌感染中发挥核心作用。该基因突变是孟德尔遗传分枝杆菌易感病（MSMD） 最常见的原因，导致对分枝杆菌和沙门氏菌的易感性显著增加。 | |
